Sessions will begin with a 20 minutes
mindful stretch followed by 20 minutes
guided thematic meditation.
Everyone $65 for all 6 classes

In this class, you will learn about the root chakra and how to awaken this chakra. This chakra grounds you and so having an open root chakra will allow the rest of your life to unfold and blossom as it should.
